Pure force can not cause the oscillation When something is oscillating there is always least two energy sinks that transfers energy back and fort In this case i think that they are pressure and kinetic energy When pressure is high it causes water to move outwards and it lowers the pressure in the middle After the pressure is gone water keeps moving until surrounding water slows it down and collapses water back again, transferring pressure back to kinetic energy, When bubble collapses kinetic energy is transferred back to pressure and cycle continues until energy is consumed by heat, sound and stuff like that And sorry for bad englishhhaahhajjggdsdiii :D Comment from : Jukka |
