Thanks for the Guide, i have same CPU So i did same as you Didn't disable boost bit did Turbo Ratio Limit put all cores from 34 lower to 24 a did get little bit lower Temp For now i'm getting 45 to 55c' just from Browsing and with Games 75 to 80c' was curio do you have same Temp or did you try even more to tweak ?

My Lenovo ideapad5 always throttle in every game I'm going to try to clean the fans and the thermal paste But i'm going to try this methodes first I'll reply on this comment if they were helpful

i tried disabling turbo and it works wonders however I had another problem, cpu limits its power to 10watts so it slows the game down again how do i fix this?

Two years later and, at the very least, the second method worked for me! Literally doubled my FPS and dropped my temps by about 10-15 C!
