This is good but a very long winded explanation of how to borrow money at a lower rate than the asset you are leveraging If you borrow against your house at todays rates of 6 (amortized over 30 years, a term you cannot get against BTC) and buy BTC that conservatively appreciates 20/yr You are netting 14 return total That is a doubling in 5 years SO pretty attractive IF you can withstand the volatility of BTC over the next 5 years

Point in getting rich off bitcoin for me is to not have to work a job, or manage rentals and crap to pay off loan interest What is the point in taking out loans if the only way I can pay interest is to sell portions of bitcoin and pay tax on those portions in my case? It seems like I just have to wait until USD dies and there are no more taxes, and payments can just be made in bitcoin Or I am better off just selling the portions of bitcoin that I would sell to pay off interest, and gradually take profit over time Am I wrong? The interest payments really screw up the borrowing off bitcoin for me

I am a Hodler At sometime in the future, I will use this advice on borrowing My question, since I follow you and Mr Saylor, is regarding selling your Bitcoin and buying with Bitcoin At the current price of $20,000ish, I own about 1/4 of a Bitcoin It seems not worth it to buy anything with Bitcoin until you have over $1,000,000 BTC Because you now have a thing, but you don't have the Bitcoin you used to buy that thing with And the person who sold you that thing, a cup of coffee or a house, now will much richer each halving rhan you will be And if you sell some BTC, ok, you've got some fiat, and you're out the future potential of BTC Maybe a video, if it doesn't exist yet, on how an economy based on BTC would operate is needed A Bitcoin card, like a credit/debit card used for transactions in a cashless economy? Is that the future when the majority of the people on the planet own some or a lot of BTC?

in your bitcoin for beginners video, you used price targets from "plan B" and his stock 2 flow model, but his price targets have failed to materialise for example your bitcoin for beginners video in 2020 said that there should be 100k bitcoin in 2021, but there was only 68k at the top but you're still using the same price target of 3 million for 2028 in that video shouldn't you be using a lower price target since plan B's model was not a very accurate predictor?
