Yes this is true, this was my history growing up in the project I watched and learned and wonder why blacks were separated from whites The government had it set up that way, blacks wasn't important to be on the white communities Until the late eighty blacks has started to move in the white neighborhood, and whites left and sold their property to blacksTennessee is one 9f those states
