One year later: I still have the GTX 1660 and it ROCKS If you're on a budget (don't want to spend a lot of money) and still looking for good performance, get the ASUS TUF Gaming GTX 1660 Keep in mind, for $60 CAD more, you can get the GTX 1660 Ti; which has the DDR6 memory; faster memory clock speeds on the VRAM Alternatively, you can go prestige-mode and just get the RTX 3090 and nevermind my comments :) Cheers and happy gaming

Gtx 1660 was a good buy in my country as price is closer to msrp, 1660super is 50 dollars more, rx580 is all used In fact overclocking the GTX 1660 would keep performance close to 1660ti level I don't think what linus said which is worse than rx580 necessary true as most benchmarks shows it better Preferably would get 1660super but it was too expensive in my country and to be honest not much difference in terms of raw performance

"pretty low" you say in USA in my country the difference of 1660 and 2060 is DOUBLE the price, not exactly the $50 bucks of your review and let's not talk about even finding it I just bought a 1660 for $250 dollars (plus 10 extra discount, end price $225), the 2060 are 500 dollars (yeah, with the 10 discount it could be $450, but still far cry of 225)

October 2020 1660 update brUsed my budget build for the past year now bri7 2600, not the K variant brGTX1660 dual slot, single fan br16GB DDR3 of Salvaged RAMbrbrRuns Saints Row 2 at 60fps without the Gentlemen Of The Row Mod Bargain off the bat brbrI honestly haven't had a single framerate issue with anything but BeamNG with several cars on screen, but that's the fault of the 7 year old CPU GTAV runs at 60fps at 4K medium brFiveM RP servers run between 40-80fps 1080p depending on players and mods brbrI haven't tried Flight Simulator 2020 as of yet, but I'm downloading as we speak Gotta love Games Pass I'll reply to this comment just in case someone comes along looking for info on the GPU
