I got a question I dev jailbroke my ps3 like 10 years ago I sold it and now I want to get back into it So I bought a phat ps3 40 gb on 355 OFW and bought a 2tb ext hard drive So a question is what CFW should I go to from 355 I don't mind staying offline on the ps3 because I just want to set it up as a retro game machine aswell as mess around with some mod menus on cod and other games But I also woulden't mind going online every now and again and messing with people So I was going to go with "489 evilnat CEX cobra 83" You think this is a good option or is there a better option from 355 ofw? I'm on PS3 fat, 489 Hen 311, How to get rid of black screen with multiman? And when i reboot the system, Hen doesn't want to enable, it fails and reboot the system (sometimes twice before it works!) My temperatures are at idle 64°C for the CPU and 52°C for the RSX, fan set at 36 minimum and 61 max (target 72°C) Never runs more than 73°C for the CPU and 62°C for the RSX in game (test with The Last Of Us, 2 hours of gameplay, average 70°C CPU and 60°C RSX) My PS3 is a 80Go model (swap 500Go), i changed the thermal paste for the Arctic Silver MX-5, new thermal pads also and replaced CPU/RSX heatsink for the 40Go ones (better cooling for the RSX coz the heatsinks are separated and more blades on the heatsink) The PS3 has no case mods, look like new, always take a good care of it!
