never play with 720p unless ur screen resolution is 720 it just doesnt look good with 720p might only drop 1 fps

I did everything, copied all the values, changed the resolution in the file and on my desktop, set it to read only, the game is just ignoring the xml and launching like I had never edited it (yes I saved the file correctly)

my pc is technically not low end not high end not middle end its a pretty high pc due to gpu i can run rdr2 at max graphics except one graphic setting which increases some images ( up scaling) my gpu vram doesn't have enough for it
