How I solved this problem After cleaning the filter, I put water at the bottom without the filter, sucked it with a wet vacuum cleaner, repeated 2 - 3 times Problem solvedbrEnjoy

If anyone is having trouble getting the plastic bit around 2:59 you can grab the top of it with pliers and just pull it out after you have wedged it away from the side), it worked for me

I lived in a rented house that had a beautiful Miele but it was making a grinding noise I removed the filter and there were two screws lodged in the impeller from when it was poorly installed You'll be amazed what can find its way into the impeller

Many thanks Lurgs All dishwashers I assume work on the same principals Mine is a Kenwood KDW60S20 The confusing issue with me was that the F2 error came on simultaneously to the mains water being temporarily being cut off When I followed your instructions step by step it turned that a piece of wood (like a toothpick) about 27mm had got through the filter and was stopping the impellor from working Once removed the water drained out You saved me €100 for a call out, many thanks

This is so frustrating for me I have the only dishwasher that doesn’t have the impeller cover system It has some grey cap I’m afraid to crack prying off and it does have a small black pinion looking thing I can’t seem to press in I’m pretty sure I have to access it from the bottom of the dishwasher brbrAnyone know? :(
