Nick Ackerman: first I wanna thank you for posting this video for a more snappy Galaxy S10e, second because of the new Android 11 software the only thing I had to change was to remove animations (there isn't an option to reduce animations, only to remove) and the phone became snappy like a striking light Thanks a lot!

The animation scales for me were backwards on my s10e I just did this to 30 minutes ago Setting them to 5x slowed it down to a snail's pace Changing from 1x to 5x or turning off made it speed up
