suprised no one went over loaning out lower rated players because sending them out on loan for 2 seasons if possible I always do if they're around <75 overall or young enough <22 it honestly is so great as they develop sometimes going up by 5 overall average to me at least instead of sitting in my reserves with low sharpness and declining progress

No the homegrowm talent dosent always have same nationality as the club tou are playing for example if you choose boca juniot you will mostly get players from england and wales not argentina oh and italy as boca and italy have a reach history

One thing I do with regards to the training and resting of players, is I always have a first team and a second team So I play with real Madrid and my first team would consist of all the best players in the team, followed by the second team would be the guys that are second best, and every match, I rotate the squads, so while first team rests, second team trains and vice versa While on my bench I put my younger talent Works really well and everyone gets an opportunity to play

I sometimes wish homegrown talent was an option when you start a career mode, rather than being a pre order bonus, this is why I miss the scout a future star from the catalogue 👍🏻
