ETH solves the tokenization of assets and is a platform with a token so you might want to do more research ETH would be equivalent to an Amazon or a Microsoft or a Google I dont think you understand that ETH allows you to build applications on top of it, BTC does not do this well

There are plenty of crypto's with solid user cases in industry that are not shitcoins But there are plenty of shitcoins/memecoins i do agree The future is blockchain and smart contracts etc, not pump and dump meme coins I personally see it as two categories - those with use and utility, whether that is store of value or solving a real world problem, and those with no real utility apart from their ability to market and appeal to people willing to gamble

The technologies are pretty clear at this point Bitcoin is too expensive to move large amount, and lightning requires money tied in the network in order transact and it is for small payment since you have to tie up money to send money Bitcoin is simply in efficient The banks and the industries knows some of the more modern chains that has very low fee and virtually no limit on the amount of money that can move through the network, it is simply a no brainer when it comes to adoption And 1 trillion market cap is nothing compared to 400 trillion of assets in the world that will be coming on chain Fednow for example, it utilize handful of services Bitcoin chosen a path to be digital gold when they prevented the blockchain from scaling on chain, that is a decision that can't be undone, look at Bitcoin cash and BSV None of that matters now Bitcoin has chose to be digital gold and I think it can replace the gold market but that's pretty much it The real adoption, the hundreds of trillions are going to be on the XRP, XLM, HBAR, QNT, LINK and such Derivatives, tokenized art, CBDC, Cross boarder payment, stable coins, NFT, all that is coming on public blockchains
