We learned something similar to this from our marketing class: customers have specific NEEDS/WANTS When you GIVE the customer what they NEED/WANT, you create CUSTOMER VALUE in your product or servicebrbrIt's kind of like going to the amusement park Not everybody will want to go to the roller coaster, no matter how exciting or cool or crazy of an experience it will bring Because thrill doesn't attract everybody Some may come for the romantic ferris wheel ride next to the sunset Humans are unique, and so they have unique wants and needsbrbrSo fascinating to see this principle applied to this question :)! in selling you have to sell a product but you hAve emphasized on the feature and benifits before even talk cost ofcourse you have under the customer needs not sell a pen but evaluate if thaT customer needs the can of pen your offering or give option like i other pen thAT don't have that feature just a regular pen my comments be creative

In my opinion i think asking too much question on our interviewers looks like acting the we our more intelligent and superior than them Actually i think it will make them disgusted so maybe we could limit the question a bit like start in a question which is directly related to what are we going to answer Like for example "what are the type of pen you're trying to look for maam/sir?" from this we could provide an explanation a little bit easier
