It really depends on what type of video you are doing Like you said if it campaign I personally go for 1080p 30fps because it more of a lean back and chill type of video but when you playing a game like a multiplayer shooter I would go for the 720p 60fps   This is just my personal feedback on what I think would be the better choice       Comment from : Its Dubzi

kyler, its not your capture card, its xbox one if you had the ps4 you would be able to, but this is also a recurring problem with the xbox 360 because for some reason xbox does not support 1080p at 60 fps only 30 but ps4 does Comment from : RefluxX GameZ
