Do NOT work with Shopify if you are on the fence My small business paid for the Shopify plan of $79 a month and had to pay the full yearly amount at once but due to financial problems we needed to lower it back to $29 a month for the basic plan, well Shopify is not giving me the money back that I paid upfront and they are not using it for my shipping expenses that I still have coming through all the time through their company , they are keeping my money and only allowing me to use it for subscriptions What? I have a $450 account balance and they won’t work with me on this? It’s crazy and it gets worse, they don’t have a customer support team anymore to help you , you get to talk with a robot 10000000 do not recommend for your small business cause they literally do not care

Having a lot of trouble on shopify Customers complaining with credit card declining In cases like this, I send them paypal invoices and they pay with same credit and it always work I don't like doing this because it is a lot of work
