IMO workhorse gets 50 of the contract bcz they’re American and it’s an election year Trump can claim jobs for Ohio and the rest split between the two foreign countries as a political play which would allow American companies to do business in those countries not to mention we need India on our side bcz they border with Pakistan and we need Turkey bcz they are a member of NATO although they are thorns in our side at times it’s all political!
