@YTWhisperer
Question: I have a dataset with candidates activity I grouped the data using candidate ID column brI definitely only want to see their most recent activity on a requisition but if they applied to more than one req, I want to see their latest activity on all those reqs and not just the latest activity, how do I achieve that Just for context, there's req ID column as well to identify different requisitions

@cynthias1120
Hi, I used two columns to “group by” and it seems to have worked perfectly! However, when i expand my records, all the column names are now prefixed with “Count” For example: CountFirst Name Can you tell me what I did wrong or how to fix this? Thank you!!
Comment from : @cynthias1120

@voxgun
Hi, thank you for your help! brbrI have a question:brMy data set is very similar to yours, but have some blanks in it So, if I use maximum(date) than I can actually retrieve a blank value, which I don't want to So what extra step should I do to retrieve the latest date with a value (the latest known information) in this situation ?
Comment from : @voxgun

@sahilmehta9881
Awesome awesome awesome brThis is super cool method, helps me in my project
Comment from : @sahilmehta9881

@rodrigomachado3678
both are great solutions, thank you! are they sensitive to date filter though? supose I'm using a date filter on dashboard, does the most recent record changes as the date filter changes?

@denholmkendall1010
Hi Ruth! Love this shorter method I tried this method and instead of getting "Table" in the rows of the grouped column, I got "Record" in each row However, expanding the "Record" column gave the filtered rows of the Max Date
Comment from : @denholmkendall1010

@Sandroider
Today I was asked to do this, I checked your channel and just like ordered you got it!

@davidlopez-fe2lb
Sort by date column(wrap this statement w/ TableBuffer), right click ID and "remove duplicates" Easiest/efficient way I've found so far, and we've played with this a lot ListMax/TableMax/Group_By etc
Comment from : @davidlopez-fe2lb

@New2you09

What does the underscore do?
Comment from : @anthonjhnon1

@valentineonuchukwu9694
This is cool However there is problemHow do you solve this difficult challenge you have null values in your dataset n each null values are data to be filled because they are coming from the web in real-timebrThe dataset has non collapsible rows,so that every records n unique ids are separated individually, with null values in each rowsbrGroupby will ignore the null values , n how can one prevent this null values missing,otherwise the column or columns when updated will be missingbrThank you
Comment from : @valentineonuchukwu9694

@akakakakak3047
