My Asus vivobook 15 had some issue so i replaced it's motherboard from asus service centre, now it's working but the keyboard backlight won't turn on They told me to update all pending updates from my asus app so i did all the updates but still backlight won't work Please tell me what to do

The Fn key together with the escape key does not turn on the funktions keys on a ASUS G73JW Series nor does the keys FN3 or Fn4 keys do anything about the problem
