Guys I had to make an actual activision account That’s how I got my numbers I used to have the same problem until I made an account You should be able to find out how to do it on the cod menu

Adding Cross-Play friends is broke ATM I play on PC and both me and my friend (PS4) have tried to multiple ways to add each other, "send request fails" or he never gets anything

You all have to make sure you and the friend or friends you are trying to invite all have the crossplay on if it is off it will say invite failed

*Guys you need to go on the call of duty website and log on and fully sign up to get your numbers at the end of your name in game if your on console make sure to reload your game when you do * Hope this helped
