Hai friends I took 20 lakhs loan with in 7 years I closed I taken 20 years loan period but I used some method to close quicklyevery year I will pay extra money for principal amount And every rate of change I reduced my loan tenurelast years I have balance of 9 lakhs I put my all jewels in to bank I closed all my home loan accountimmediately jewels yearly interest have to payper lakhs550 rsnow that nine lakhs also repaid and reback my gold jewels

DO NOT FOLLOW HIM - This is a nonsense idea and you will not gain anything rather loose your money if you follow this plan For any home loan you have to do prepayment of your principle max in the beginning stage (<5 yrs) itself to reduce the overall interest you are paying You have to reduce your tenure always whenever you are able to do prepayment Remember home loans charge you interest of interest so you will end up paying double the amount of your loan if you increase the tenure like the way this stupid guy is explaining For a 40 lac home loan you might end up paying more than 40 lacs as interest, so you endup paying 80 lacs to the bank if you maximize your tenure DO NOT REDUCE YOUR EMI, REDUCE YOUR TENURE BY REGULAR PREPAYMENTS
