Please tell me, what is your mouse worth? Not at 1000mhz by any chance? I took a new Cooler Master MM711 and for some reason it breaks the sensor periodically in games, the I7 3770 processor is up to 4305mhz, the RAM is 2240mhz 32GB Do you think this is a marriage of the mouse, a bad mat, or does it interact so poorly with the old processor?(

I bet if that 3770K could hit 5 Ghz it would perform close to the same and would be indistinguishable in 4KIn fact the only place it would lose are games and apps that can use more than 4 cores

I am running the 3770k at 44ghz also, but i have OC my ddr3 from 1833mhz to 2400mhz and tweaked the timing a little Average FPS improved a little but the 1 low and 01 low was way off the chart, waaaayyy better, no more wierd FPS lostbrbrit's paired with a 1080Ti and i'm running everything in 1440p (2K) I feel like i have the same FPS than 1080p, but my GPU usage in 1440p is about equal as my CPU usage

Still rocking the 3770K Guess this was a good purchase 9 years ago On my 3rd vid card now I suppose its bottle necking, but as a light gamer now a days doesn't matter much I did have to cut out the over clocking on this I believe a couple years back Just doesn't seem to want to do it any more and I don't care to figure out why Highest stable clock I got was 44
