would not be better to detect deficiency by measuring with test kit in stead of guessing by comparing it with a drawing?

I have tiny black dots on almost all of my plants I don’t know why It doesn’t look like black Algae 😢😢😢 since I added second light ( but light isn’t strong at all)

My anubias leaves were transparent and turning brown Tried phosphate supplementation Not much improvement Any recommendations would help

hey man, i am going thru staghorn algae bloom and my tank is about 6 weeks ish people keep saying it is iron deficient but most of my plants are not yellowing i am also going through GSA and diatoms/brown hair algae (which is taken care of by Ottos) any ideas what i should do?

I've just started my first 'planted' tank and am so far just using Seachem Comprehensive fertilizer Is that a good way to start? Have you ever successfully planted a goldfish tank? I' d love to try it but don't want to be feeding them expensive plants! I do give them lots of fruit and vegies but Would you try it yourself?

Nitrogen deficiency, couldn’t a larger fish load produce more nitrogen? Could this happen with to many frequent water changes? You have quite a bit of plants so you probably need to dose a little of all the nutrients by now Good video though just raises a lot of questions for me though, sorry

i clean my substrate once a week, ill stop for a month, my amazon sword melted and my others leaves had to be trimmed cause of melting, my anubias is fine though? i likely have an iron deficiency and one leaf may have an old potassium deficiency, it is clearing yup though is there any way to increase iron without hurting snails from risk of copper?

Excellent video I agree with your approach to diagnosing and treating your nutrient deficiency It's very methodical As someone who doesn't grow plants very well, I will adopt your method of treating plants Although, I think in my case, the limiting factor is improper ligthting, but I want to completely rule out nutrient deficiency Thanks for posting
