So ive been under a blanket for4 hours now im so weak rn that i can barely hold my phone is this heat exhaustion

I had a heat stroke and a seizure The other day and I probably drank 3 gallons of water but it's pretty brutal in the Florida sun 😵 even if you drink a lot of water do not overwhelm your body because it isn't fun every muscle in my body hurts like hell and I don't even know how long the seizure lasted 🤔🤷🏼‍♂️ don't work harder than your angles that's for sure 🙏

I bleed out my nose for no reason when it's to hot I haven't had it happen I had it happen to me before I be having blood clots

I had it on a hot evening with a big fire next to me Felt my body flush and fainted when i woke up my breathing was fast and short Its not a nice experience always stay hydrated even if you dont feel thirsty

I'm pretty sure about 85 to 90 degrees on a humid day is more than enough to off the average adult in like half an hour if they arent careful probably way less for a small child because they have less mass thus they heat up way faster

I never got heat exhaustion before, but being at Disney California Adventures at the hottest time of day certainly got me near the boarder of it Not recommended!

Once I ran in a 4 mile race in the summer It was in the high 80s with high humidity Afterwards I had the brilliant idea I was going to the gym that had an outdoor pool and hot tub I get in the hot tub and get in the pool I started to feel a headache coming on and just had the thought I better get inside I get in my car to go to my mom's house and while I was driving I was holding my head applying pressure because my headache was getting worse I got to the house went inside and immediately knelt down on the floor and place my head on my mom's lap whom was sitting in a chair I started crying that my head hurt and I immediately had the urge to vomit so I ran to the bathroom to puke I laid down on my parents bed and my sister got a fan blowing on me The second she did that I instantly felt better Guess I'm remembering that cause it's hot today Stay safe!

I have CP and have had multiple heat exhaustion is humid weather, while cooking, and after showers When it happens I'm usually alone I drink more water now I don't quite understand why it happens I HD to look it up myself just to know what was going on

i got heat exaustion when me and my family are walking and i collapse down to the ground and feeling dizzy my family panic,they don't have enough water so they ran to the nearset minishop to get water,while Im resting,a lady that is jugging has came by to give me their clean water to keep me hydratedthey are so nice

Every time I would sit up or get off the couch I would get very dizzy and confused and my eyes would blacken but not all the way to passing out Can someone please tell me what this is?? It happens once in a while usually when it's hot so maybe it's some kind of heat stroke??

How to deal with the body symptoms after the heat stroke and after the body been cooled?brI got hospitalized for 2 days they took great care of me but I feel irregularity in my head and body temperature,muscle cramps ,dry mouth,I drink a lot of fluids and I feel my kidneys got overwhelmed from so much medecine and fluid brThank you!
