I uber part-time on the weekends in Honolulu The area I choose to stay in is near lots of apartments and military housing So it's pretty steady all day Peak times are different breakfast/brunch times 9-11am as well as dinner 5-9pm

bKeep in mind, this happened to me twice#1 If a customer cancels while you at the restaurant Depending on the order Uber will still pay you for arriving #2 You get an order like I did It was an alcohol pickup at /bb#BevMo/bb BevMo was close, I arrived “DO NOT CANCEL” Call customer service, Let them know you arrived but this place is close They can see on GPS you arrived and again, you get paid for arriving #3 If the customer cancels after you picked up the order, you get paid for arriving Call customer service, you’ll get paid for arriving and you get to keep their order/b

Im surprised u can consistently get $2 per mile! That doesnt happen in rhe Brentwood/Franklin Nashville area Also, Most customers dont add the tip untiL AFTER deliveryso u nay get $2 per mile, but yiu wouksnt know it until an hour after delivery when it shows up on the app!

I'm in south Florida Tried Uber eats twice and made $27 in 35 hours, woww lol Just tried DD for the first and made $20 my first hour I usually drive for Uber not deliver and I can make much more The delivery apps are sad If they were smart they would do something about it cause to pay all that gas, like what do you really make It makes no sense

Ive been a driver since Oct 2021 only part time but i left my job in June 2022 and been working a FT for UberEats/Spark Occasionally run DD but barely make enough to fill a tank of gas for my weekly pay from DD lol not the greatest offers in my market for DD but will be a few good ones a week to fill gaps UberEats is definitely the strongest in my market I love watching your videos have helped me very much, thank you Bri!!brbrLets get the wheels to moving, lol best of luck out there on the road and be safe as always 🚗

To answer your question - In Northern Calif I dont work dinnertime much but the amount is about the same as Lunch during the typical meal hours However, I did notice the miles tend to be higher in the evenings between pickup and Dropoff UE & GH

I ignore the trip radar unless I'm parked Working two apps it's too hard to drive and check the radar Most of the orders are trash anyway I haven't gotten any promotional/boost pay from Uber or Door Dash in a long time I work most evenings, but all the boost pay around here on Door Dash is during the graveyard hours I rarely work past 9PM because waiting in the drive thru is for the birds
