Any advice with kids on this will Working fairly well for me but not the kids Need to show the wife this because when you explain about the levels needed it will help her I keep saying if she continues to bite you do it harder 😂 she seemed skeptical

So you startle the dog enough to stop the behavior? She’s avoidant and submissive because you scared/hurt her Why not redirect it? I wouldn’t want to thwart interaction with me I can show him how to get attention by reinforcing the behavior I want to see and briefly removing myself when he bites I can mark and reward the dog for looking at me and toss food away and repeat to lower arousal and reinforce the behavior we want Instead of making the dog scared or frustrated

Whoops, the German Shepherd woke my little puppy with the barking haha brI have a question, once my puppy bites my clothing (most of the time my shirt) he won't let go Even a touch and a verbal correction does not work What am I doing wrong or should I be doing right?
