I use ryzen 3200g with it's apu 16gb ram and playing on an ssd but when i enter the game i play on high fps but always stuttering even if i cap the fps to 60 same thing always stuttering when it renders new part of the world

I have gotten a few random weird dips So i cut my bees in half, had like 30 neats spread through farm I killed half my animals But noticed my old village i left a ton like that, so thinned the heard Def a few wonky things happened there loke mt dog randomly died in wall from suffocating, and was just normal village and hadnt even changed it, at all
