Unfortunately I cannot disconnect the PSU from the motherboard, the plug sits too damn tight I’ve really pulled hard, if I pull harder I‘m afraid that either the cables rip or the entire plug comes off from the motherboard

I had same problem Last week I changed the thermal paste with new Arctic MX-6 and changed all thermal pads with Arctic TP-3 Now my PS4 Pro is ultrasilent I also made made sure my ps4 is in a open place for air to circulate properly Make sure your PS4's tiny feets are intact If some feets have broken raise it with some bluetack or buy new feets
