This advice was No use to me whatsoever brI was watching YouTube and pressed rewind to replay a fact I missed, the TV froze, it wouldn't even turn off Eventually I unplugged it for an hour in the hope it would reset brI plugged it in and a TV channel came on, but nothing would work,brI even changed the batteries in the remote even though the TV is only 6 months old There was Not channel change, No volume control, No input change, Not even power offbrIt's 130am, unplug it and complain in the morning
