About two years ago I snap my brachioradialis in my right arm a few days later after it happened I got it reattached I've since recover full motion in my arm but I've been very gun-shy about doing extensive exercise especially in my right I used to be okay at doing pull-ups but I don't know if I should even be trying to do them anymore the question is should be trying to do pull ups?
