1920 x 1080 resolution is not good for a lot of low end computers it gives you alot lower fps at least on my lower ends towers it does

I have a gt 1030 and an amd fx 6300 six core and 16 gb of ram I run the game at 25 to 40 fps on some pretty bad graphics but I'll try this after school Hopefully it helps
