Haven't seen a logic so incorrect in a long time 💩brYou are wasting 10 mins of your viewer's precious time as well as misleading thembrBasic rule so you can do smart investing next time - If you can earn more interest (10 in your example) on some amount than what is charged by bank for home loan (8 in your example) Why would you ever give that amount to bank as down payment, you will lose the extra interest
