When I removed the old tips it left a hard plastic part behind that appeared to be part of the earbud After watching your video and seeing the black portion of the earbud I knew I needed to remove the part that was left behind

I used a teeth stick thingy -> doesn’t translate well into english but if you use it gently you shouldn’t be able to tear the plastic because it’s made of a pretty good material surprisingly enough

It took an EXTREME amount of courage to pull mine off because of how hard I had to pull This feels like a design flaw It’s not very user friendly 😢 Also causes major anxiety because they’re so damn expensive 🫣
