Because most of those options in the radion settings in the gaming tab only applying for DX-9 Games Unless you play newer games these settings won't have any visiual and performance wise impact, because they all applying ONLY for DX9 games, Like Rocket League etc It is also descripted within the driver

AMD gpus is very fast with tesselation, and they have dedicated tesselation hardware so you shouldn't touch it, unless you really like flat textures
