I can do what you said to do but a black screen comes up with gibberish on upper left corner The last line is reboot device But I have tried clicking the green line and nothing happens Under neath the reboot line is to see the recovery files( I think anyway) Nothing happens from that spot either What can I now?

It wont even rebooti held down the power button and the volume button and it gave me the option to hard reset I chose it and it denied the hard reset Now nothing comes up when i hold down the power button

This tablet is garbage I've barely used mine but got it back out again and I can't believe how slow and how many issues it has I shouldn't have to power cycle a device very few hours because it hangs

I wish this worked I've done it 8 million times to my HD fire kindle at 7th generation And it doesn't work they tell me there's an update but I can't get the update without being able to touch the screen it's the screen and using USB cable with the update downloaded to my computer doesn't work either
