I experienced some kind of drug-induced psychotic break in December 2022 brbrI was on Remicade infusions (for Crohn’s disease), and the 5th infusion scrambled my brain Within 3 days of that infusion, I had completely gone off the deep endbrbrI thought I was the devil, could control the weather, the government was after me, and the government had intentionally punished mebrbrInsane, I knowbrbrI had other auditory and visual hallucinations Saw shadows moving throughout the housebrbrI isolated myself from my friends Impulsively quit my job Stopped my medications Shaved my freaking head All because voices in my head told me to brbrThis insanity lasted for 6 months Fortunately, my head started to clear around March 2023, and I’m more coherent and functioning nowbrbrNow, all that’s left is the depression and shame I’m just trying to take it one day at a time

How can I prevent this in my youngest kids? All four of my kids are on the autism spectrum and have ehlers-danlos My son is mildly cognitively impaired and developed schizophrenia right before his teen years He's absolutely miserable and scared all of the time - and his medication management hasn't been great He had to be moved to an out-of-home therapeutic home Schizophrenia runs on my mother's side, but my kids' 11 year old cousin on my husband's side has just been diagnosed with emerging schizophrenia - so it seems like it's on both sides of the family My girls were dx'ed with PTSD a few years back (related to their brother) and they experienced extensive school bullying, and stressors related to sensory processing I pulled them out to homeschool (and they seem so much happier and relaxed now, but it's still part of their history) - and the family has mental health therapy when needed, takes fish oil, vitamin D, etc Honestly, I'm terrified of them suffering with this

My sister took the COVID shot and now she’s in a mental hospital awaiting a diagnosis cause she’s acting like she’s got psychosis! She’s never taken drugs, no drugs were even in her system, she has a perfect life and was completely normal up until she took the shot, DO NOT TAKE TJE COVID SHOT! What happens when you dont believe you are ill and you think everything going on ( family acting different, friends not understanding you, having the police called on you, going into hospitals continually) is all a conspiracy against you, everyone secretly hates you and they take your pain as pleasure, no one openly says it though because its all a part of the plot to manipulate and increasingly run you down, them knowing its you against the world and as a collective group with the same motive ( destroying your life and not allowing you to progress in life)there is no possible way you can win or get justice for the harm and atrocities they have caused you? In your mind nothing anyone says is the truth You believe you arnt sick and the people around you are just treating you like the way they are as a form of punishment How does someone like that take advise when all they think is that you are trying to sabotage thier life and goals? Or if the Medication gives them terrible side effects like akethisa and they won't take them because of the sides and not believing they are ill? As well as know keeping thier psychotic ideologies and fixed beliefs secret because they've learned every time they talk about it they wind up getting admitted to a psychiatric ward?
