After the second world war, there has always been a recession in the US within a ten year period I believe a recession catches out the corruption and crooks ie The Lehman brothers bank 2008 Negative rates are just a means to mitigate the inevitable History has proven that once the FED raise rates at this period, a recession occurs, so they'll chose not to Once the recession does happen and it will, it's bound to be the worse in a century as so much debt, scams and fraud has been built up over a longer period
