the problem with altcoins is that someone controls it and can inflate it away whenever they want vitalik buterin controls ethereum, cz controls binance coin, sam bankman fried controls ftx, charles hoskinson controls cardano, etc it has been proven time and time again with the massive recent crashes of terra luna nd others that altcoins are worhthless garbage in the end

Cathie Wood's net worth is $250M now, in 2015 I am sure it was pretty high already So her buying BTC for a $100k at 2015 is like a regular guy throwing a dollar in a soda machine If she really believed in it she would have allocated more of her portfolio It was more like gambling on her side

Be careful intaking too much protein cause excessive protein just turns into fat I Kinda find this diet weird at the fact that theres no fruits or veggies or anything involved in it 🤔 makes me think cause when i took food science i found out we need a small/moderate amount of grains,fruits,veggies,sugar,fat I guess too much or little of one is bad for u nd leads to other problems but idk just speculating here
