Dear sir Like your video I try to do a laptop charger as variable power supply but when will go less than 13v fluctuation started if you see my message please guide me what is the reason

If you increase the output voltage I advise you check the output capacitors (as you mentioned) and rectifier diodes can handle the increase Great video 👍😎 also some power supplies have over/under voltage protection usually a dedicated supervisor ic or a comparator which must be addressed

I have a 300w 60v 5 amp PSU that is limited to 5 amp can I remove the limiter to get variable 12v 25 amp /30v 10amp staying within the 300watts

Dear sir,today I try to reduce voltage of laptop charger original voltage 195 v to 5 volt So I dis connect original résister 27k & connect 10 k preset After that I adjusted preset voltage is become low but fluctuating 4volt to 55 volt After that I connected original resister again Checked voltage it’s 195 no any fluctuationsafter that I connect 10 k resistor voltage drop to nearly 8 volt but fluctuating 7 volt to 8 7 volt I’m connect 10 ohms 5 watt resister voltage drop to to 1 volt and fluctuating 1 to 0 volt resister heating very lowSir please advise to me what I have to do for got 5 voltmy charger is Sony VGP ac19v26 195v 47ampsplease help me sirim appreciate sir
