Get an IceGiant cooler, hands down the best air cooler for Epyc/Threadrpper I run it on my 7551P I have never seen over 55c on it Also the ram speed on these Epycs DOES seem to matter a decent amount for mining, I would imagine the more cores the more it matters, had a seating issue and lost a few channels and lost a fair bit from having 2 ram channels down (edit: I am impressed that cooler did that well!)
