your r2r shouldnt be arbitrary, test test test,my r2r is 1:15 with a rolling stop which may carry me up to 1:4 on the rare occasion, it's all about what stoploss triggers your account vs most likely payout rates I sit at 11:1 w/l, did some backtesting with 1:3 and my w/l went to 2:9 because of either not hitting my limit or triggering an aggressive stoploss, your risk should be based on what makes you the most money, if 1:3 is a common trigger send it, but the reason why 15 is most common is because it is attainable and asks you to target higher win ratios

I love this video I just subscribed I just did the math Even if I lose 70 of the time and I have a 30 win rate and a 1 to 3 Risk to Reward ratio, anyone will be profitable So with a 1 to 3 Risk to reward ratio, I can lose 7 out of 10 Trades and still be profitable! Boom!💥
