Just started my mining experience yesterday I had an old computer I had in a box from when I upgraded to a new gaming rig a few years ago This old computer was my first custom gaming computer So I'm glad I got to reuse the parts from it With it I had a 1050 ti, so I went through and cleaned everything! Took me several hours of painstaking, hand cramping fun Since the GPU was only 4GB, and it was my first experimental starter, I went with Ravencoin and used the Exodus wallet and HiveOS brbrI am pretty hooked, even with all the hoopala around Etherium I have a "parts list" of items for my next rig; like you I am using 6 1060 6GB GPUs Found some for a decent price (for me) on amazon and I'm waiting for a few things to clear some funds up so I can go ahead and get them purchased So, seeing this video was pretty cool and will give me a chance to watch the other vids on this series and compare notes brbrSubscribing and liking now :) Keep up the good work! I run an 18 card rig of 1060s and 1080s running Hive OS Settings are: 100/1000/80 The 1060s are a mix of Gigabyte, Asus and Zotac and I had heaps of problems with unstable hash rates and invalid sharesbrbrTurns out the Gigabytes were the problem, I had to turn down the mem clocks and for some random reason, turn up the core clocks across the board as the Asus and Zotac's could handle way more brbrI have full rigs of 1060s/1080s, 1070s, 1080 ti's, RX 570s and RX580s and can safely say the 1060s were the most fiddly alongside the 570s and 580s I had to test a large number of OC combos on each individual card to determine which ones were dragging the rest down Comment from : Mag Dog
