If you do it correctly it won't effect input delay and in a game like valorant input delay dosent matter as much rather refresh rate and your monitors respones time is what matters

We dont need streched res to plqy better but for low end pcs it is so good it gives constantly 60 fps on low end device and many pro plqyers uses true streched res so ya its good its your personal preference
