the best thing for acrylic, especially if you can lasercut the acrylic, is acrylic cement it is not an adhesive at all, it fuses the acrylic, as in, it basically chemically melts/welds the seam together Nothing to interact with the coolant you're only left with welded acrylic The reason i mention lasercutting is because it'd be the absolute cleanest edge for welding If you use a rough cutting tool like a table saw, you might get a textured cut making a clean weld difficult

if you dont mind me asking, what is the flow rate (LPM or GPM) on the pump you are using? I am currently running a somewhat similar setup fluid inlet temps around 46C but by the time it pases over the top chips it is near 80-84C
