Finally, a quick how to app without trying to do a commercial Thank you and very useful I thought just swiping was closing them out Didn't know about bringing them half way up the screen And closing out multiple apps was good too!

so, apple allows many many apps to "run" in the background I just checked my 12 and had 9 apps "running" in the background my question is if they are in the background, are they using data or not? other than possibly using data which is huge and not desired why should I care if they are not "closed"? good vid and information, I found this while searching "how to shut down Spotify"
