How often does clash of zones happen? brWhen exchanging wisdom medals, if you exchange all of the Wisdom medals from a hero’s reserves and that hero already has some skills unlocked Will those skills stop working?

Thanks for all of the wisdom bro, i learn a lot from you But, when it comes to hero day, i have a problem Every hero that is not orange takes basic wisdom medals, and once you converted your wisdom medals into the basic, you can't take them back So I actually have to choose if I wanna score high in CoZ and get those awsome rewards, or improving my apc In my opinion, maxing heros is more important Do you think i'm missing anything or doins soething wrong?
