I was amused when the government started saying that the KN-95 masks were "just as good as" N-95 masks KN-95 masks are cheap Chinese knockoffs of N-95 masks and the government actually filed suit against the manufacturing companies to keep them from labeling them N-95 because they had failed all testing for the N-95 certification So, these companies (I'd wager at the direction of the CCP) slapped a K on it, making it a KN-95 mask, and our government was like "these are fine, no one would confuse KN-95 with N-95"

Do any of these studies test sick people with masks on to see if they transmit viruses to others? brI read the study outline presented here and it doesn't seem sobrThe reason this is important is those who advocate against masking often site studies showing that mask wearers can suffer from a build up of CO2, which is odd because CO2 is 1000x smaller than covid, so how does that make any sense?

I think part of the problem is that people misinterpreted the purpose of masks and part of that may be due to how it was presented Masks protect others from getting germs from you, not necessarily the other way around but it was interprted and presented in some cases as "if you wear a mask you are protecting yourself from possibly getting X" which is not entirely true Also wearing a mask doesn't gaurantee you won't give some one something either
