Okay well you can't do this in the city because they don't like you to burn anything in the city Dig out as much dirt as you can from around the stump Take a 1-in drill bit put it in your drill Make eight or ten holes about 6 in deep in the stump Pour gasoline into the holes let soak for about an hour Put on a little more gas stand about 10ft away with a stick that you've soaked in gasoline at one end Light it and throw it on the stump Let it burn Only use this method if you are removing a stump that is clear of houses and other trees Of course there are places that you can rent stump grinders for about $50 a day that might be a little easier They also give you the safety equipment to go along with it Comment from : Daniel Hart |
