I was 12 when this came out I remember my dad took my family and I to a Hollywood Video We bought Scooby Doo 2 and this movie We came home, made some popcorn, and sat in the living room I wanted to watch Scooby Doo 2 but my dad wanted to watch Dawn of the Dead He told me it to remember that it’s just a movie and it’s all fake Little did I know, the intro would haunt me for years to come The intro really terrified me because I felt like this could actually happen It was also the music and the way the film looked Sounds, transitions, and footage All distorted and grainy; leaving the mind to interpret The film itself, I wanted to look away the entire time, but kept watching The woman being eaten in the bus…The ending…brbrI love this film and realized that I’ve only watched it less than a 3 times since 2004 yet I remember it so CLEARYbrbr- my dad passed away not that long ago and I do miss him It’s because of him, that I’m such a movie nut and into horror Although we did struggle financially and my dad would always come home tired, he’d always muster the strength to hang out and play with my siblings and I On his pay days, he’d take us out for pizza After that, we’d go right across the street to Hollywood Video to pick up some movies Good old days!

I was just only 8 or 9 years old at that time when I first watch this and I was traumatized, couldn’t stop thinking about how scariest it was for me Both my uncle nor auntie don’t warn me and my sibling when they’re watching this while we're all there at their place, they just don’t care and continue watching this over and over again I don't think I would ever get this over with… 😰😭
