I think that the ghost town and the deformed mythological creatures are the two key selling points of the new game project, if CAPCOM is still currently developing this game right nowbrbrBut what I enjoyed most is playing as Ethan and Mia wintersbrbrThey were two very unique and separate characters that gave an entirely new and refreshingly renewed experience to the horror franchise, along with the team's exceptional creativity and horror story ideas to keep the player engaged all the way until the endbrbrI am greatly annoyed that amazing games like this are memed the crap out of and badmouthed a lot because they are simply different Resident 7 & 8 are a grand masterpiece of perfection that's fun and exceptionally balanced with challenge in its standard difficulty settings The hardcore difficulties are for the hardcore expert gamers, definitely not for the faint heartedbrbrIf Resident Evil: Apocalypse is to be made, there should be new unique set of characters, separate from the iconic characters from previous franchises, along with the new perspective that greatly adds more immersion and a greater gaming experience compared to third person mechanicsbrbrResident Evil 9 should hopefully add a new experience Maybe follow up from the previous events after Ethan's inevitable downfall whilst destroying the mutimycete mold contagion that affected every creature encountered ingame Maybe Rose winters should return as the new protagonist to the ghost town with new abilities? Or a lone traveller as ethan's older brother or some other characterbrbrWhatever the case, it would just be amazing to see new characters instead of old ones returning as bonus cameo appearances or whatever

Idk how I feel about Capcom using Native American folklore creatures in the game Especially the Wendifriend which is specifically Algonquin I like the idea of the mechanics, I just wish that they wouldn't capitalize on and appropriate cultures for entertainment
