I have watched over the years as football has become more obsessed by money, this is nothing to do with Norwich it is the whole system I wished every club had the morals and belief to turn away from owners and sponsors with dubious reputations Perhaps I am looking for a utopia that will not exist, football should be about the game on the owners or sponsors egos

I think we need to be very careful about using terms like “skewed morals” brI am happy that the BK8 deal is off as their values and that of Norwich city clearly did not line up one bitbrBut attitudes in this country towards this type of thing were very different 20 years ago, and even more different 20 years before that brBK8 are a Malaysian company, and thus adopt many aspects of Asian culture, including apparently this type of advertising brI think it’s important to show respect to their culture, even if it does not agree with the morals and values that many of us in this country hold brI think the “Dafadolls” advertising that our old sponsor dafabet used in Asian markets shows that this is clearly the culture around gambling in AsiabrBut yeah, happy that the deal is off, hopefully the club can get a good deal with a more suitable partner

As a city fan I am gald this deal has been cancelled I didn't like it from the moment I found out what this company was like made me question weather I wanted anything to do with city yes I love city but I have always believed norwich welcomes fans no matter what gender we are and to find bk8 premonition of there company was a shock and I was very angry at it but we all make mistakes so hopefully now we can move forward and leave the betting companies behind I think betting companies should be ban from sponsorship in all sports not just football and ban them from the adds on tv or at least curb them

Well done my Norwich, I actually think the supposed £5m hit will be offset (financially offset) by further improving our image as a conscientious, all inclusive, just, club; particularly in the long term ☺️ There are only positives to come out of this and I completely agree, no one should lose their job, this is a great lesson to be learned and the situation has been completely recovered Only if there is a repeat should P45's become appropriate Great video ☺️

Absolutely the right decision to get rid off BK8, the club and the fans deserve better However i hope the fans who think they are righteous after all the debacle aren’t the same fans who are complaining that city didn’t spend enough during the summer transfer window because if they struggle to replace BK8 it’s going to leave a huge hole in the purse

As expected There's often a catch to the best deal around The Club spotted the catch late, but has now done the right thing by the fans and undone the BK8 deal It's the right decision for NCFC in the long term, as nobody wants the Club to be cheapened by having such a very dodgy, down-market sponsor
