hello!brI was recently hired for landi but as a substitute teacher I think and I was wondering if that is what happened with you, I was looking for having more hours and to be booked as a teacher and have regular students, not as a sub and from my understanding they dont do probationary times for that, I would have to sit and wait for a slot to open every day Is this normal from your understanding?brbrbrthank you! Would I have the option to work a 3hr slot on those days instead of the two hour slot you are doing? Do I have to have experience teaching kids?
